Plain and simple, we’re just two sisters who believe in the beauty of a slow-risen loaf. We are homegrown bakers who still do things the long way. We don't believe in shortcuts or rush jobs. We let every batch rest and rise for up to 48 hours, letting the flavor develop naturally—just like it used to be done. This starts with our flour, which we keep as pure as the grain itself: always unbleached and never enriched with synthetic additives. To us, sourdough is more than a craft; it’s our way of bringing something honest, healthy, and locally made to your family’s table. No fuss. No fillers. Just real bread that nourishes.
